Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Inbound Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inbound Sale Specialist, you will handle inbound calls and convert them into sales. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, provide them with relevant information, and ultimately close the sale.

Specific Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in US Cable Internet and Mobility Sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in English Speaking.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible to work night shifts on a permanent basis, i.e., 8:00 pm - 5:00 am (Mon-Fri)
